LINING UP WITH THE COVID CLOWNS

Yesterday, 127,988 NSW residents took the time out of their day to dutifully join a queue in close proximity to others as they slowly shuffled ever forward to a testing station. Many attended with a suspicion of assumed infection; while the majority were simply motivated by media induced paranoia; but all were willingly to exit their "home quarantine" to literally expose themselves to the potential of future infection, or to selfishly infect others. Some would prove to be transmitters, while others would contract the virus in the process. 

And 100,000 plus will do it all again tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after that, and so on...

In a real deadly pandemic in which infection and cases are to be avoided at all costs — all this would be obvious, avoided, and never part of the official health response. 

If there are truly 300+ new daily cases in NSW — perhaps they are catching it in the daily audition queue for tomorrow's eager COVID Clowns?
