REMEMBERING THE NOW FORGOTTEN KAPPA VARIANT: The First Indian Double-Mutant that Simply Disappeared

In the beginning there was no Delta.

There was no suspicious duplication of the Indian double-Mutant variant. There was just one...

Kappa was once the new viral terror in town: the invading air-born "Kali-destructor" that threatened to be the respiratory Marauder of Melbourne.

Once heralded as a "dreaded Indian Double Mutant," it allegedly infected a returned Indian traveller in Adelaide (not actually in India) and then miraculously unleashed itself on Melbourne because "they cleaned the wrong Epping Woolworths” — indeed, Kappa had an implausible origin story that seemed composed from the misremembered banter of small town drunkards at a urinal.

Kappa's clumsy beginning foreshadowed its untimely end.

Alas, prematurely proclaimed "an absolute beast" that was "highly contagious" and "moving faster than health authorities had ever seen” — what promised to be a significant reign of Kappa-inspired ventilator violence, all came to an abrupt, and ignominious end (even the one person that Kappa had 'put on a ventilator,' miraculously woke up from their induced coma, and walked out of the hospital the very next day!)

Kappa was soon publicly disgraced, and ultimately dethroned by its mutant twin-brother and would-be successor: Delta.

It was not so much a tragic tale reminiscent of Cain and Abel, but more akin to the ideological relationship between Trotsky and Stalin — with the former being airbrushed out of existence by the pre-eminence of the latter.

It all happened within a week.

The promise Kappa had held for authoritarian governments everywhere had been jeopardised by a blatantly fake claim that threatened the whole "vaccine for virus" swindle; and to preserve the illusion, they had to discard of Kappa. There was truly no other option than to banish the ill-fated double-mutant to obscurity.

Kappa was ultimately undone by its overly zealous publicists, and just one irreversible media mishap — they suggested Kappa could cause "fleeting transmission." It seemed absolutely terrifying. There were two positive cases! It was something "never before seen anywhere!" Suddenly, the prospect of catching Kappa "while briefly passing a stranger at a takeaway coffee window" was a possibility. Anyone could now catch Kappa in their unawares from anywhere, in any fleeting moment of "fleeting transmission."

Except, they could not. It was absolutely false.

Both of the reported "fleeting transmission" positive cases were soon verified to be false positives; and in order to prevent the whole elaborate pandemic fraud from being exposed in that very moment (for all cases are truly false positives almost always — and people might actually start questioning this concealed reality) — Kappa was immediately shunted by the serendipitous discovery of Delta!

If they had not been looking for Kappa they probably would never have found Delta — it was "found" out of absolute panicked necessity!

There was much rejoicing amongst the vaccine manufacturers and their obsequious government sales reps: the Victorian 4.0 lockdown would be extended, and future lockdowns would certainly be guaranteed, for Delta had taken the Glorified Fear Throne — and it was significantly different to Kappa, as it was now ruthlessly after the children, too!

Now the children must be vaccinated — lest the Delta deal them death!

And that is how "a new highly contagious" "absolute beast" of a variant that had compelled the Victorian Government to incarcerate 6.7 million Victorians in their homes can be overcome in less than 7 days — no testing needed, no quarantining, no social distancing, no restrictions — it can all be overcome in an instant by exposing the lie that underpins it all — the lie that it is.

And that is also how we can exit the current lockdown, and prevent all future lockdowns — by exposing the lie that underpins it — the lie that it is.

Kappa was exposed as a lie and it disappeared as exposed lies do — and so must Delta.
